Martin Wishart
Called "Scotland's next big thing, no question" by celebrity chef Gordon Ramsey, Martin Wishart is one of the UK's top chefs, with a Michelin star and many other culinary awards to his name. His first restaurant is regularly named as the best in Scotland.
Metazoa has been working with Martin for several years, and together with 27BITS has now launched Martin's new website, providing information about his restuarants in Leith and Loch Lomond, his Cook School and his Dining and Events service. The site also includes an online shop and interactive classes calendar.
